Coed Softball League
Games are on Wednesdays (and Mondays, if needed) and officiated according to A.S.A. rules with local exemptions adopted. The season ends with a double-elimination tournament to crown the League Champion. Registration starts March 1, 2017 and manager’s meeting is April 5, 2017 6:00pm at the LIFE Community Center. Fee is $525 per team.
Pilates Plus Strength Training
This class includes both Pilates mat activities and activities to strengthen the upper and lower body. Use of weights, bands, and balls promote core and overall body strength and flexibility. Pilates activities are at the beginner and intermediate levels. Weight and other activities are modified to include a variety of performance levels.
Functional Fitness and Strength Training
Activities that strengthen muscles and replicate motor patterns used in daily living are the focus of this class. A variety of levels will be accommodated. Most movements such as lifting, pushing, and rotating can be worked on from a standing and/or seated position.
