Minimum Course Closing Fee (SHOTGUN ONLY)
Total fees for outings must meet or exceed the minimum closing fee. The closing fee is applicable to shotgun starts only. This fee includes green fees, golf cart rental, beverage cart rental, tent rental set up fee, and gift certificates, etc.
Golf Carts
Hickory Ridge $13.00/person
Rentals $16.00/person
Berverage Carts
50 people and under (1 cart) $75.00
50 people and over (2 carts) $150.00
Range Ball Fee:
50-99 People $100.00
100+ $150.00
Pavilion Usage Fees
Fee: $50.00
This fee includes tent, tables, chairs and if needed electrical hook-up. For an additional fee, ice is also available.
Additional Info
* We reserve the right to limit outings on weekends between April 1 and Labor Day.
* During September 1 and March 30 outings may be held on weekends.
* We reserve the right to limit outings on consecutive Saturdays and Sundays
* Any outing that wants to provide hard alcohol must meet these requirements:
* Provide Dram Shop Liability Insurance
* Provide Certified Server
* Alcohol must be served from tent only
